Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time of booking for most services. To be eligible for a cancellation, your booking must be unused and the cancellation must be requested before the service start time. Please refer to specific tour or accommodation policies for detailed cancellation terms.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and review the booking details, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any processing fees incurred during the initial booking.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your booking for a different date, destination, or service type, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of making your booking. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange based on availability.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- • Gift vouchers and travel credits
- • Digital travel guides and downloadable content
- • Personalized or custom-made itineraries
- • Services booked less than 24 hours in advance
- • Special event tours and limited availability experiences
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Services
In the unfortunate event that your travel service does not meet expectations or is unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately during or within 24 hours of the service. We will arrange for a replacement experience or issue a refund, depending on your preference and service availability.
Cancellation Costs
You will be responsible for any cancellation fees unless the cancellation is due to our error (e.g., wrong service provided, service not available as described). In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund including any incurred fees.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
